Trembling upon the World
Droplets of water falling onto my skin
skin, the substance which keeps my soul from floating away.
Away from this earth,
like a dandelion blown from its body
away.
To the land of completion;
to the land which had found the cure for black holes,
which seep through competitive hearts.
To the place I had never found,
which will never be discoverable in ones eyes.
Droplets of water falling onto my skin,
breathing into the maleficence of this world.
The world which is pored with beauty.
The world which I'm still exploring.
to the land my feet,
my feet are trembling upon.

The Eyes of the World
You're on your own,
you're stories, you're opinion. You're like a piece of chocolate made by a goddess. You're the taste individuals want to feast upon, but only the picky ones. Eyes deep like the galaxy. Soul visible contracting sun rays. Body sharp as a knife, fragile as a rose. Stars breathing promise, forming into ones abyss. |
